Restaurant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, production, quality goals, and customer-service standards
• Codes and approves daily and weekly invoices by utilizing chart of accounts
• Enforce high energy, motivation, and standards with employees
• Regulate sanitation policies, safety rules, and labor laws
• Complete understanding of each position in both the front and back of the restaurant
• Maintain positive relationships with all employees and provide direction and feedback
• Assist in future development plans to accelerate productivity
• Follow operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a leader in the restaurant and/or customer service industry
• At least three years in progressive management experience with a full service, high volume, and corporate environment
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer competency and proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Preferred experience with Aloha POS and MenuLinks systems

• Ability to multitask, work quickly in a high-paced environment, and communicate effectively with guests and team member

Physical Demands

• Required to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent lifting, bending, and/or walking
• Readiness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles
