We are looking for Shift Leads.
Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
- Explains menus and makes recommendations if needed.
- Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards
- Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
- Supports FOH & BOH staff
- Supports management in maximizing daily sales and effectively managing costs, labor and cash control
- Ensures health, safety and sanitation standards are maintained in compliance with the company policies and government regulations
- Shift leads help management train and improve the standards of the PA employees
- Assist with labor control and ensuring that hourly staff members take mandatory rest breaks in accordance with state and federal laws
- Report all irregular issues and problems to management for solutions
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and restaurant experience
- Passionate to provide genuine hospitality
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
- Be a team player with strong work ethics
- Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Key holding and shift lead experience
- Assist management with variety of tasks
- Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.
Pay and Benefits:
- $17.50 per hour + Tips
